By decree of Belisarius, we are to test FENRIS' resolve and conduct raids on their cities. Invite our local allies (SaVage, CoZ, etc) to join in the attacks. So far, FENRIS cities have been very lightly defended with substantial loot inside. If we can hit them with multiple alliances, I believe they will crumble in Bohemia and possibly elsewhere.
