After you scout a RENEGADE city, create a New Topic for that city.
For subject put the coordinates that you scouted, like this:
Subject: 491,440
The in the content put the xml link. You can copy and paste the text of the scouting report also if you want.
If you attack it, Edit your post for that city and add the attack report xml.
